Shipping Policy
Hatching Eggs
We collect and pack hatching eggs with the utmost care to ensure they arrive safely and ready for incubation.

Shipping Days: Eggs are collected fresh and shipped early in the week to avoid weekend delays.

Carrier: All hatching eggs are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Delivery: Orders are typically delivered directly to your address unless your local post office handles them differently.

Weather: We ship year-round, but we encourage customers to consider extreme temperatures before placing an order.

Guarantee: We guarantee your eggs will be true to breed and arrive in good condition. Because shipping and incubation conditions vary, we cannot guarantee hatch rates.

Breakage: If any eggs arrive damaged, please contact us immediately upon arrival with photos. We offer a one-time replacement or refund for breakage only.

Delays: While delays are uncommon, they can occur. Eggs remain viable for up to 2 weeks after being laid, so please incubate as normal. Credit is only offered if eggs arrive more than 5 days past the ship date.
Day-Old Chicks
We take every precaution to ensure your chicks arrive healthy and safe.

Shipping Day: Chicks are shipped the day they hatch, ensuring they travel during the natural window when chicks do not require food or water.

Carrier: All chicks are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express for the fastest delivery.

Post Office Hold: Most shipments are marked “Hold for Pickup” so your chicks stay warm and safe until you arrive. Please bring a photo ID.

Weather: We monitor temperatures closely and may delay shipments if weather poses a risk. We will always update you if any changes occur.

Live Arrival: We guarantee live, healthy arrival. If you experience any losses, contact us within 2 hours of pickup with photos, and we will work with you on a solution.

Customer Responsibility: Please pick up your chicks promptly when your post office calls—quick pickup helps keep your babies safe.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Hatching Eggs
Due to the nature of hatching eggs, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Once shipped, eggs are exposed to handling, temperature changes, and incubator variables that are outside of our control.
However, we do offer support in the following cases:

Breakage on Arrival:
If any eggs arrive cracked or broken, please contact us immediately upon delivery with photos.
We offer a one-time replacement or refund for breakage only. -
Shipping Delays:
Eggs remain viable for up to 2 weeks, and delays do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Credit is only issued if your order arrives more than 5 days past the ship date.
We guarantee your eggs will be true to breed and packed with care, but we cannot guarantee hatch rates due to factors outside our control.
Day-Old Chicks
For the safety and biosecurity of our flock and yours, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on live poultry.
We do, however, guarantee:

If any chicks do not arrive alive, contact us within 2 hours of pickup with clear photos.
We will work with you on a replacement or credit, depending on availability. -
Healthy Start:
All chicks are shipped the day they hatch and are monitored for health before leaving our farm.
